United Health Services is able to navigate women through the screening, diagnostic and diagnosis process. With the support of generous partners and grants, United Health Services’ goal is that all women receive the breast health services they need. Provides clinical breast exams, mammograms and diagnostic services for women in St. Joseph County who do not qualify for the state Breast and Cervical Cancer program.
