Patient Navigation

United Health Services’ Breast Health Programs navigates women and men through the screening, diagnostic and diagnosis process. With the support of generous partners, donations and grants, United Health Services’ goal is that all people receive the breast health services they need.  

Indiana Breast & Cervical Cancer Program

A state program facilitated by United Health Services, for women ages 30 and older who are uninsured and under 200% of poverty for screenings.

Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness Trust

Provides screenings and diagnostic services to qualified, uninsured or underinsured men and women who are not eligible for the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program.

Patient Coverage & Navigation

The College of Arts & Letters at the University of Notre Dame raises funds through the month of October to support residents of St. Joseph County, Indiana, who are not eligible for other programs.
