Donate​

The Diabetes Resource Center has provided services to thousands of people over the last 70 years. All services are tailored to the needs of the client, and your support is needed to continue our services. Please consider making a donation to support this unique program in our community.

Memorials​

Memorials can be made by mailing a check or money order to our address, with a note stating the name of the person you would like to honor and a family member to notify regarding your donation. 

All monetary donations are 100% tax deductible.

Supply Donations

The Diabetes Resource Center takes donations of diabetic supplies. We accept unopened, unused glucose meters, test strips, lancets, insulin and syringes/needles. Please call Lauren with any questions regarding items at 574-314-5422.  Items should be dropped off at our office Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. We no longer take durable medical equipment.
